The project consists of a four-storey 8,000-square-metre hospital, a four-storey 8,600-square-metre dormitory/residence, and a two-storey 1,200-square-metre utility plant.

Harjaguna’s scope included site work that includes roadways and outdoor parking spaces, cast-in-place structural concrete and plumbing for the three buildings mentioned above and the sewage treatment plant, and architectural finishes for the hospital building and the utility plant.
