Grand Café is an all-day dining restaurant located on the lobby level of the Grand Hyatt Jakarta. The scope included installation of marble countertops, accent walls, cabinets, refurbishment of the existing furniture and flooring, and repair of the ceiling. The project’s schedule was tight as it had to be turned over in three months and work could only be done after hours because the restaurant had to remain open during their regular opening hours.
