Harjaguna’s main scopes on this project can be classified into two categories: interior fitting out to all rooms in Clusters D, E, and F, totaling up to 124 rooms and interior furnishing of all the hotel’s rooms (6 clusters), totaling up to 298 rooms.

For the interior fit-out portion, Harjaguna completed 104 Classic Rooms (34 m²), 14 Junior Suites (52 m²),  4 Premium Suites (68m²), and 2 Jimbaran Pool Suites (108 m²). Typical work for each room included drywalls, ceiling, a headboard, cupboard, vanity, a TV panel, sanitary fixtures, glass partitions, and etc.

The scope of the furnishing portion included supplying and installing nightstands, sofas, bed frames, chairs, desks, dining tables, benches, credenzas, luggage racks, and etc.

The client, along the way, also contracted Harjaguna to work on their pool bar and Movenpick Café.
