Ultra Sakti is the company behind popular medicinal products such as Madu TJ, HOTIN CREAM, Freshcare, and several others.

For this capital expansion project, they contracted Harjaguna to lead the construction of a 19,000-square-metre main production building, a 2,000-square-metre three-storey canteen and locker building, a 269-square-metre wastewater treatment facility, and a 106-square-metre guard house on their 3-hectare lot.

The main building is supported by approximately 1400 precast concrete piles, 4,200-cubic-metre reinforced concrete, and 640-ton structural steel. In terms of facilities, it composes manufacturing space, storage and distribution space, 3-storey office space, and future production space.

On top of the above-mentioned buildings, included in the scope were site work, which included 1.2-km-long roadways and a 339-square-metre renovation to the client’s existing 6,400-square-metre warehouse building.
