Located at Ciputra World Surabaya, Ballroom 89 is a multipurpose function hall that is intended to accommodate various event types such as seminars, Sunday services, gathering events, and etc.

For this project, other than the construction work, Harjaguna was also in charge of the architectural and acoustic designs. The project consists of a 775-square-metre ballroom (equipped with a 56-square-metre LED screen), prefunction space, a pantry, a VIP room, a storage room, office space, and a Sunday School room.
