Built in 1995, Ascott Jakarta is a  24-storey luxury serviced apartment building. Wishing to revitalize the entire building, the client hired Harjaguna to refurbish the building in 2012. Included in the scope were the lobby, corridors, elevators, and the existing 196 apartment suites. Later in the project, the client requested Harjaguna to convert office space located on the second floor into six apartment suites. Upon completion, Ascott Jakarta has a total number of 204 apartment units.

Phased renovation method was adopted to minimize disruptions to the building’s occupants. Each phase consisted of three floors. Coordination with subcontractors and specialist contractors was very essential and this project indeed exhibited Harjaguna’s dedication and efficiency with respect to schedule and quality.
