This 2,048-square-meter concrete-framed building is an addition space to the existing production building. The first storey consists of cleanrooms and locker rooms while the second storey is production area. The main challenges that the project team encountered during construction were to ensure  the day-to-day operations in the existing building undisturbed and a tight project site. Despite these challenges, the team finished the project on schedule and budget.
