Located at the Grand Hyatt Jakarta, C’s Steak and Seafood Restaurant is a fine dining place that boasts an elegant interior design.

The project was an aspiring one as the design called for an open kitchen, which was a new concept in Indonesia at the time. The restaurant also features glass-sided refrigerated wine cellars.

The project was begun by demolishing the existing build-out and followed by converting the space into a new concept designed by Super Potato, an internationally well-known interior design firm from Japan. The 600-square-metre restaurant has interior finishes such as solid teakwood flooring, wood veneer, Sungkaiwood vertical louvers, granite countertops, granite and stone wall finishes. Furthermore, the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems were also updated and renewed.
