The project began with the two units of the two-bedroom Presidential Suites (320 m² each unit) located on the very top floor of the hotel. Each unit is connected to a 100-square-metre glass terrace that can be used for special events. The work on the suites included interior renewal and upgrade of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing services. For the glass terraces, typical scope was refinishing of the walls, glass framing, additional structures, new lighting, and HVAC upgrade.

The second phase involved interior and MEP upgrades of the two units of the Grand Executive/Diplomatic Suites (each unit is approximately 170 m²).

Harjaguna completed the renovation work while the hotel continued to operate fully with minimum disturbances to the occupants or guests.
