GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) stopped their production for six months to allow the project team to come in and fully renovate their 1,000-square-meter production building. Aside from that Harjaguna was also in charge of refurbishing their energy building and laboratory, expanding their warehouse and adding several new buildings and facilities which include a new hazardous/waste storage building, a solvent storage building, a new concrete water tank, and a chiller foundation.

The project’s total duration was one year as the team had to complete the renovations to the existing buildings in phases.
