The HD Indonesia Hive Menteng Project was a refurbishment of a 9-storey office building located in one of the most prestigious subdistricts in Central Jakarta. The scope included renewal of interior and architectural finishes, façade, and MEP systems. The three-level basement was also updated. The project also called for transforming a 370-square-metre space on the first storey into the company’s Brand Centre and the entire second floor (650 m²) into a training centre.

Close coordination between Harjaguna, subcontractors, the Architect, and the Owner was certainly a major contributor to the success of this project.
