Located in Kemayoran area, Central Jakarta, the building has eight storeys and one basement. Space constraint was a major issue at this site which in turn hindered heavy equipment to maneuver freely. Through some out of the box thinking and a strong determination, the project team came up with plans to overcome the constraint and complete the project successfully. Harjaguna constructed the structural concrete of the main building and of the water and wastewater treatment facilities and the architectural finishes for public spaces and 130 guestrooms.
