This is Harjaguna’s third time renovating the café over the last 15 years. This time, changing seasons theme was adopted. The challenging part of the project was that the mall had to be in full operation while the construction was underway. In addition, the Harjaguna crew was only allowed to work from 11PM to 6AM daily. Facing a tight schedule as the project had to be finished within six months, the team then developed proper logistical and execution planning as well as good coordination with other trades to achieve the deadline.

The total area of the café is 685 m². Upon completion, the café has 158 seats capacity. The café features a dining area surrounded by a private dining room, a bar, a show kitchen, and Pastry, Sushi and Pizza, Beverage counters.

The scope included demolishing the existing build-out, installing new flooring, structures of the new dumbwaiter and of the LED TV, stainless steel canopies, updating the kitchen in the basement, and renewing the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
