The new Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS) laboratory building has a total area of 2,500 square metres. The facility includes approximately 100 testing rooms and each has its own requirements and function. Some of the rooms are equipped with epoxy painted walls, epoxy flooring, and sandwich panel ceiling. Aside from the laboratory rooms Harjaguna also completed a wastewater treatment plant, a machine room, and an RO Purified water room.
The majority of the work for the Harjaguna project team comprises architectural finishes, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.
Good communication between all parties was fostered from the get go, which in turn created a conducive working environment throughout the project from design stage until end of construction.
During the design phase, Harjaguna was proactively listening to the client prerequisites and also providing inputs to the client. Harjaguna along with partner designers and contractors collaboratively developed a design package that meets the client’s budget and performance requirements.
