PT. Otsuka Indonesia, subsidiary of Japanese corporation Otsuka Holdings Co., Ltd., is a leading pharmaceutical company whose main products include IV sets, IV solutions, nutritional and medical drugs

This 5,300-square-meter concrete-framed building is used mainly as the facility to produce their Small Volume Parenteral (SVP) solutions. The building consists of several cleanrooms ranging from classes C to D (EU standards), office space, and has architectural finishes such as, among others, sandwich panel partitions, antistatic epoxy flooring, polyurethane painting, and Rockwool® insulation.

This was the first project Harjaguna had with Otsuka Indonesia and proved to be a successful one as it instigated a long-term relationship between the two companies. Harjaguna was then selected  to work on their successive projects.
