Located in Kediri, East Java, the Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) project includes six main buildings comprising one Multi-Purpose Hall (2,052 m²), one two-storey School Building (1,062 m²), one Dining Hall (515 m²), two three-storey Dormitories (730 m² each), and one lodging building (552 m²).

The project also includes the construction of covered and open walkways and site work such as  7,415-square-metre landscaping and hardscaping, and 480-metre-long fencing.

Harjaguna acted as the prime contractor of the project whose scope includes, among others, piling, structural concrete, metal roofing, all finishes, site work, piling, and MEP. Construction was completed in 6 months.
