Harjaguna was contracted to renew and upgrade the kitchen of Sumire, a Japanese restaurant located on the fourth floor of the Grand Hyatt Jakarta. Harjaguna updated the air conditioning system and the water supply, and installed new ceiling finishes, wall finishes, epoxy flooring, and lighting.
