After completing a prototype villa of the resort and going through a competitive bidding process, Harjaguna was chosen to complete the interior fit-out of the resort’s 50 suites. Each suite has an area of approximately 50 square metres.

Typical work on each room consists of timber and gypsum ceilings, drywalls, wood panelling, timber and glass doors, vanity counters, tile flooring, wood closets, air conditioning grills, and wall painting.
