For this project, Harjaguna provided general contracting services for the renovation of the existing 700-square-metre Liquids Production Building.

The scope included, among others, demolition, repainted the existing walls and ceilings, reapplied antistatic PU flooring, installed new PIR ceiling sandwich panels, upgraded the firefighting, HVAC, electronics, electrical, and compressed air piping systems.

The work was carried out while the facility was in full operations thus work must be performed in phases and coordination between each stakeholder was the key to the successful delivery of the project.

Included in the scope were a new HVAC platform in front of the building and the build-outs of several structural steel pipe racks within the client’s property with an approximate total length of 200 metres.
